**About the Role**
**Responsibilities**:
Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Create invoices, ensuring their approval and payment in a timely manner
- Liaise with the Legal team regarding the issuing of franchise documentation
- Ensure end to end compliance of documentarian execution
- Liaise with partners in relation to insurance requirements
- Follow up partners for payment of outstanding invoices
- Assist in the preparation of wording for bank guarantees or replacement bank guarantees
**Ideally this person will**:
- Having experience working within food services, or within franchising is an advantage
- Have experience working with different CRM's
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to prioritise against conflicting deadlines
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously in a fast-paced environment
