Residential Property Legal Assistant Job
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work in the residential property department and be responsible for providing administration support, handling telephone calls, and contributing to property matters from inception to completion.
The role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative assistance including typing from digital dictation for experienced lawyers.
* Handle telephone calls for the residential property team.
* Contribute to work across the entirety of a property matter from inception to completion.
* Assist with file management tasks for specific lawyers within the team.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a secretarial or legal secretary role, ideally in a property team.
* Experience of customer contact with the public and business clients.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent IT and record keeping skills.
