The Event Coordinator will support the operations and management of events within The Pavilion at Prospect for both external functions, Match Days (League, Women's and Juniors) and play a role in the venues operational requirements under the direction of the Venue Coordinator. You will be responsible for the direct assistance of operations of both external functions, corporate events and games at Prospect Oval held in the Pavilion at Prospect. You will assist and lead a team of casual staff on both external events for The Pavilion as well as Match Day Staff. You will support the Venue Coordinator in all areas of both Match days and events at Prospect Oval.
You will also be responsible for;
· Running Events in The Pavilion as Duty Manager for both external events, corporate events and Match Days.
· Managing staff & coordinate functions to a high standard.
· Maintaining the high standard of service to our clients in all areas of the facility.
· Assist with coordinating stock for Pavilion, canteen, bars and assist with ordering.
· Ensure all areas of the Pavilion are well maintained, managed and ready for each event.
· Assistance with set-up on all match days within The Pavilion – League, Women's or Juniors.
· Oversee stock management
