Electronics Calibration Technicians

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Calibrate, test, and repair instrumentation to ensure accurate measurements.
* Calibrate and verify precision test and measurement diagnostic equipment (TMDE), including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, surge generators, LISNs, CDNs, and low-level DC to RF devices.
* Maintain accurate documentation of calibration and repair activities.
* Develop procedures and recommend standards to enhance efficiency.
* Collaborate in a team environment while delivering tasks efficiently and with the highest quality.
* Provide on-site support to local accounts with occasional overnight travel.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
* Critical thinking and customer-focused mindset.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of RF/EMC testing and metrology concepts.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and AC/DC theory.
* Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Fluke MetCal is a plus.
Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* 3-5 years of relevant experience; formal PMEL training is a plus.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
