About the role
Kingsford Lawyers are seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team in our Queensland office located in Ashmore.
As a Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and high-quality, legal services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that provides training and room for growth.
What you'll be doing
* Working closely with the Senior Commercial Lawyers
* Advising clients on a wide range of legal matters
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements
* Providing legal guidance and support to the firm's partners, seniors and other team members
* Researching and analysing legal issues, and presenting solutions to clients
* Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
* Contributing to the firm's growth and strategic initiatives
What we're looking for
* 3+ years of post-qualification experience
* Experience in a broad range of commercial litigation matters
* Proven ability to provide pragmatic, quality, and commercially focused legal advice to clients
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to staying up-to-date with legal developments and trends
* Team player with good work ethic
