About the Role
Take Two provides a range of therapeutic services for infants, children and young people who have suffered trauma, neglect and disrupted attachment.
The Restoring Childhood Program is part of a consortium funded by the Victorian Government to provide therapeutic services to victim survivors of family violence.
We work in partnership with local communities to support families affected by family violence.
The role will involve working across the broader Restoring Childhood program and also the MI Village program, which provides trauma-informed, early intervention support to caregivers, infants, and children recovering from family violence.

Your Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions and manage a complex caseload aligned with program goals and KPIs.
* Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to support professional development and team leadership.
* Conduct assessments, develop therapeutic plans, and participate in reflective practice to guide effective, recovery-focused interventions.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure integrated service delivery and positive client outcomes.
* Maintain compliance with documentation standards and contribute to program development, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You will have a Bachelor degree level or higher qualification in a Health or Welfare related field such as Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, Speech Pathology or related discipline.
You will be an experienced Senior Clinician with experience conducting clinical work with children as well as post graduate training in a relevant field.
You will have a strong understanding of the complexity of child protection and family violence service systems and the issues involved in providing services to our clients.
You will have experience in providing clinical supervision to clinical staff supporting infants, children and families.

Selection Criteria
* Relevant qualifications and experience in a Health or Welfare related field
* Experience conducting clinical work with children and post graduate training in a relevant field
* Strong understanding of the complexity of child protection and family violence service systems
* Ability to provide clinical supervision to clinical staff supporting infants, children and families
