As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a commercially astute Head of Sales to lead strategy, build capability and drive exceptional sales performance across their portfolio.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the entire sales function, leading a team across land projects while helping shape the future direction of the business.
The Role
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy across the entire development portfolio.
Based at their corporate Head Office in North-West Sydney, your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing the sales strategy across all residential developments
* Leading, mentoring and growing a high-performing sales and customer experience team
* Driving sales performance, settlements and revenue outcomes across the portfolio
* Managing pricing, release strategies and sales velocity to maximise commercial outcomes
* Working closely with Development and Marketing teams to align product, pricing and market demand
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with builder partners, channel partners and external sales agents
* Representing the business across industry events, stakeholder forums and key market engagements
About You
We are open to speaking with seasoned industry professionals, as well as those who feel that this role may be slightly aspirational. You will come with:
* Experience in senior property sales leadership roles within the residential property sector
* Demonstrated success leading, pricing and staging large-scale residential sales programs, including land subdivision, house & land, and apartment projects
* Strong analytical and data literacy skills, and executive reporting capabilities
* Advanced negotiation and stakeholder influence skills
