Expect regular travel from Brisbane to their Victorian processing facility to ensure consistency in culture, compliance, and care.The RolePeople & Culture - Develop and implement HR policies, lead recruitment and onboarding, support employee engagement, and provide advice to managers and staff on all HR matters.Health & Safety - Champion workplace safety, conduct audits and risk assessments, deliver training, and oversee incident management.Payroll Support - Assist with payroll processes, maintain accurate records, and liaise with finance to resolve queries.About YouWe're looking for a self-motivated, solutions-focused HR professional with:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline3+ years' generalist HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational settingWorking knowledge of Australian employment law and WHS regulationsExperience supporting payroll functions (payroll processing sits with finance)Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quicklyFlexibility to travel interstate on a frequent basisWhy This Role?
