The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Automotive Paint Prepper to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing vehicles for paint, including priming, buffing, and denibbing
* Ensuring a high-quality surface is ready for spraying, as per the job sheet
* Handling all vehicles with care and attention to detail
* Maintaining a clean and organised work bay
* Following all OH&S and PPE protocols to keep yourself and the team safe
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in paint preparation or automotive painting
* A strong focus on quality and safety
* Great attention to detail and pride in your work
* Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
