Since Little Lane Early Learning Centre's launch in Melbourne in 2018, we have been providing quality early childhood education and care to the local community.

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to join the management team.
This is a permanent full‐time position (38 hours per week, across 5 days), offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on the growth and success of our educational programs and team.
As a valued member of the leadership team, you will play a key role in mentoring and inspiring our educators, guiding them to deliver engaging, high‐quality programs that reflect best practice and the interests of every child.
You will foster a culture of reflection, collaboration, and continuous improvement, supporting educators to confidently lead their programs and grow in their professional journey.
Your extensive experience in early childhood leadership and strong communication skills will enable you to build genuine relationships with educators, children and families.
We expect a positive, supportive approach to leadership and a deep commitment to nurturing the highest standards of early education and care.

Skills & Experience
* Full Australian work rights.
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (highly desirable).
* Minimum of 2 years' previous experience as an Educational Leader.
* Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations.
* Excellent personal presentation.
* Ability to train and induct a large group of staff members.
