The opportunity…
An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated Staffing Coordinator to oversee daily casual rostering, onboarding, and administrative tasks for our Townsville portfolio, which includes Queensland Country Bank Stadium and the Townsville Supercars.
Working alongside our Venue Management team, you'll support recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinate weekly event-day rosters, manage uniforms and training, and handle general administrative duties. The role requires occasional weekend availability for event staff check-ins.

A bit about you..
* Willingness to be part of a great team and work in a friendly, flexible and hugely supportive team environment.
* Positive and friendly attitude.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills with staff and clients.
* Previous Hospitality experience would be preferred, however not a requirement.
* Highly organised individual that is a thinker and planner with attention to detail.
* Display high level of tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
* Previous experience using Human Force is advantageous but not essential
Duties
* Managing the recruitment pipeline for casual staff, including job postings, candidate screening, and completing the onboarding process
* Supporting event rostering and scheduling coordination
* Maintaining current licensing and compliance documentation
* Overseeing staffing operations on event days
* Supporting uniform allocation and inventory management
