**Desirable Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in a tech support or similar role.
- Open to IT Graduates.
- Knowledge of ITSM Tools and a grasp of ITIL frameworks.
- Relevant tertiary IT qualifications or industry-specific certifications.
- Experience in remote support within a Remote Desktop Services setting.
- Practical skills with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange, and network management.
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy, paired with a foundational understanding of network troubleshooting.
- Use of ServiceNow, IT Glue, Auvik, Ninja - one would be good, others a bonus.
- A can-do spirit and client-centric mindset.
