**About the role**

As the Manager Court Practice, you will oversee the operations of Community Correctional Services including having direct oversight of the court order management and court services teams. You will play a key role in developing community partnerships with the courts and local police.

You will be required to participate in the "on call" after hours Duty Director system as rostered.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- extensive case management experience with complex and high risk clients
- extensive understanding of best practice risk minimisation and therapeutic initiatives
- experience in managing teams and resources ensuring smooth delivery of services
- an ability to monitor financial performance, resource and staffing requirements.

A relevant qualification in social work, human services or criminal justice discipline, with work experience in a similar field is also desirable.

- _Your immunisation history statement (available via your _myGov_ account)_
- Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses._
