Lead execution input into planning to ensure schedules are practical, well‑sequenced, and aligned with site realities, including short- to medium-term forecasting.
Verify labour hour budgets through first‑principles estimation reviews where required.
Direct the allocation and utilisation of labour and plant & equipment across work fronts to maximise productivity and minimise controllable delays.
Drive a First Time Right quality culture, ensuring compliance with internal and client requirements.
Maintain first‑hand execution knowledge to proactively identify, resolve, and escalated constraints impacting safe and efficient delivery.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating workforce feedback to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Support reward and recognition initiatives by promoting behaviours that align with Altrad and client values.
Mentor and develop future leaders to support succession planning and leadership continuity.
Coordinate all internal and external interfaces, including client and contractor stakeholders, to maximise site productivity and safety.
Contribute execution insight to reporting, materials forecasting, and warehouse consumable controls.
