Food Service Management Opportunity
At a luxurious lakeside resort, we are seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and front-of-house team. This is an excellent chance to work in a beautiful environment and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing team with a focus on exceptional customer service and positive team culture
* Ensure the quality of food and beverages, maintain accurate stock control, and ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and RCG regulations
* Oversee daily operations, including rostering, training, and team development
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness using safe and approved practices
* Foster a safe and compliant workplace by following WHS procedures and promoting a culture of responsibility
About You:
We are looking for a confident leader with experience in food preparation, kitchen management, and providing constructive feedback. You should have strong organisational skills, a good understanding of cost control, and be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers. Physical fitness is also essential, as you will be required to lift, stand, cook, clean, and use kitchen equipment safely.
