As a New Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will undergo an industry leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community! With a gradual ramp up period, we will help you transition from your studies, and apply those skills in a real world setting. With access to weekly supervision, market leading PD and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team around you, Concentric will provide the foundations to build a long and successful career! About Your New Role

A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development. Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space. A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way! Flexi- time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance. Quarterly alignment days- a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues. Teams with high levels of fun and culture.
