Brendale Location Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be working within a supportive and energetic team, to deliver a broad range of administration functions for the site including EBA pay role times for the group pay role team.
This role will require you to assist the production manager and production team on pay roll data collection and entry, roster development and recording, training documentation development, personnel record keeping and production reporting, etc.
As well as perform the function of consumables purchasing, focused on operational support items on site, ensuring there is minimal interruptions to the sites day to day operations

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards: Processing of daily, weekly and fortnightly payroll in UKG PRO, including labour hire companies' personnel in a timely manner.
Provide administration support to production activities, initiatives and projects.
Manage rosters, support key personnel in providing specific documentation for standard and OT rosters management
Manage the training system, this includes uploading previous & current training (including Toolbox Talks), into the Velocity system.
This includes tailoring the data so that meaningful information can be extracted for Personnel/Management/Auditors.
Work with key site personnel to deliver the training documentation as required.
Creating & Managing Brendale training SharePoint site, and collaboration with the greater team in the development of SOPs, SWMs & Wis.
This would include developing operational videos for training purposes.
Run & update reports & schedules for Management & production team members.Administrative support including.
Ad hoc tasks – such as assisting with audits, hearing tests, alcohol & Drug testing
Purchasing Standard items, Stationary, consumables, all purchasing outside of R&M spend with in the Coupa system
Purchasing of ongoing monthly and yearly rentals and yearly services provide
Purchase Order management, chasing up accounts payable with site concerns
Processing non purchase order invoices Key Business Outcomes: To ensure accurate & timely pays that comply with EBA.
Creating Daily Efficiency report for Management.
Facilitate the development & standardisation of the Brendale site SOP's WI,s & SWM's to meet the Quality Assurance standards.
Creating & maintaining a SharePoint site accessible for all staff to allow access to SOP's WI's & SWM's.
Ensure all Managers can access up-to-date reports, schedules, presentations & other key documents in Teams.
Purchasing of standard items required at site, so there is minimal interruptions to the sites day to day running Qualifications and Skills: Experience working in Kronos
Experience working with Coupa/SAP
Experience in Team Assurance
MS Office 365 suite of tools, specifically – Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams
High attention to detail
Creative – being able to present training documentation and putting together operational videos
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
