The Job Description
* Conduct thorough chemical analyses and microbiological sampling of food ingredients and finished products.
* Maintain close attention to manufacturing processes and raw materials, ensuring they meet established quality standards.
* Inspect and test incoming materials, while also clearing finished goods for distribution.
* Accurately maintain records and perform necessary paperwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Science or Food Technology is preferred.
* Experience with food safety protocols, including HACCP.
* Familiarity with SQF and Food Standards Code regulations.
* Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
