About the Role
 * Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for the delivery of recreation facilities across 22 locations.
 * Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, safety, and efficiency.
 * Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community groups to maximize utilization of facilities.
 * Oversee operations, including budget management, contracts, and supplier relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing large teams and facilities. They will be passionate about recreation and community wellbeing, with a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
 * Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team based on a service structure.
 * Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community groups.
 * Operations Management: Oversee all operations across all 22 Stirling Leisure facilities.
 * Innovation: Leverage technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
 * Budget Management: Manage operating and capital budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
 * Outstanding Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Skills.
 * Proven Experience Managing Large Teams and Facilities.
 * Strong Interpersonal, Coaching, and Mentoring Skills.
 * Advanced IT and Report Writing Skills.
 * Tertiary Qualification or Substantial Experience in Recreation or a Related Field.
