* 3+ years of broking experience in the Australian market.

* Strong relationships with underwriters and clients.
* Superior presentation, negotiation, and product expertise.
* In-depth knowledge of placing risk across all general lines.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Tier 1 or 2 qualifications.
