The role
You'll manage a well‐maintained portfolio of around 195 properties, predominantly located across the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
* Full end‐to‐end Senior Property Manager role.
* Leasing handled by dedicated Leasing Consultants.
* You complete routine inspections and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Offshore VA support for bills, notices, new leases and admin tasks.
* Trust accounting support in place.
The focus is on communication, consistency and service – this will suit someone who is confident on the phone, quick to respond and takes pride in professional communication and follow‐up.
You'll enjoy
* No Saturdays
* 2 days WFH per week (flexible workplace)
* Full‐time administrative assistant support.
* Full‐time on‐road support.
* Solid tech stack: PropertyMe, Inspection Express, IntraPly.
* A large, stable PM team of around 12 (including concierges, leasing and admin support) with good staff longevity.
