Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager - Food & Beverage to oversee all food and beverage operations across the hotel. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, maintaining high service standards, and leading a motivated team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of bars, restaurants and function and events services
* Lead, train, and develop F&B managers, supervisors and team members to ensure service excellence
* Manage staffing levels, rostering, and labour costs to meet budget targets
* Collaborate with Chefs and Sales / Events team on promotions, and special events
* Analyse financial reports, forecasts, and KPIs to drive profitability
* Maintain high guest review scores by promptly resolving concerns and implementing service improvements
* Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* Minimum 3–5 years of progressive F&B management experience, preferably within a hotel environment
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost controls
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
