We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an HRM Coordinator. This is a critical role that will oversee the day-to-day management of human resources and workplace health and safety functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with at least three years of experience, preferably in a not-for-profit or Aboriginal Medical Service context. They should be able to demonstrate their expertise in managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management.
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
* Proven experience in HRM functions including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and performance management.
