Theseresidentialroles operate in a dynamic and rewarding work environment in one of Australia's premier gold mining regions.ResponsibilitiesProvide coaching and mentorship to a diverse team of mining geology professionalsCoordinate grade control model activities to align with a dynamic production cycleBecome a custodian of one of the world's great ore bodies, ensuring that value is maximised every day through sound decision-making and best practice mining processesPush the frontiers of mining geology, applying industry-leading solutions to enhance ore body knowledge and strengthen the mining value chainTo thrive in this role, you'll need Experience:Minimum of 7 years' mining industry experience, predominantly in gold, across open pit and underground operations, including senior-level responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in QA/QC, drill programs, reconciliation, resource estimation, orebody interpretation, geological and estimation modelling, and applied geostatistics. Highly competent with Datamine (including macros), Leapfrog, Vulcan and similar software, with strong problem-solving, communication, decision-making, report writing and presentation skills.Qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in Geology (preferably Honours), current Unencumbered Western Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence, able to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for Growth:Thrive in a role where problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail are keys to success.
