Job Overview
This position involves working collaboratively with a team to develop business specifications and acceptance criteria. Business analysis skills are required to identify and articulate business needs, leveraging engagement activities to inform the development of viable business cases.
Key responsibilities include liaising with internal stakeholders and service providers to determine high-level requirements, documenting current and future state capabilities, and producing relevant documentation applicable to delivering business outcomes.
Additionally, providing detailed technical and professional advice in relation to complex problems is an essential aspect of this role. This may involve presentations and walk-throughs to support informed decision-making.
Supporting testing activities across multiple projects is also a key component of this position.
Required Qualifications
Business Analysis experience of 6+ years is highly valued in this role. As part of the departmental policy, up to 2 days of Work From Home (WFH) is available upon project approval. However, candidates must be based in Canberra during the term of the contract.
