We're seeking a skilled Meat Manager to lead our butchery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control, and team coaching.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day butchery operations, including cutting, packing, and value-adding activities
* Plan production to meet customer demand, manage ordering, stock rotation, and yields
* Maintain exceptional quality, freshness, ticketing, and merchandising standards
* Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety procedures
* Minimize waste and maximize margin through smart buying and yields strategies
* Train, roster, and mentor team members; foster a positive work culture
* Collaborate with store management and support office on promotional events and seasonal promotions
