Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Project Controls Manager to lead a high-performing team. This role requires a confident, outgoing leader with contractor or EPCM experience, particularly in SMP and E&I scopes.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a project controls team
* Manage cost and schedule baselines, forecasts, and performance reporting
* Oversee risk and change management processes
* Provide expert advice to stakeholders
* Ensure governance, audit compliance, and robust project controls
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in contractor-side project controls for complex work
* Strong cost and schedule management skills
* Experience with project controls tools (SAP, Primavera, etc.)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to operate "at the coalface" and manage competing priorities
