The Department of Justice is seeking a qualified and experienced Horticulture Operations Manager to oversee the care and maintenance of gardens and production areas in a secure, well-regulated workplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing horticultural operations, mentoring offenders as they develop new skills, and working collaboratively with a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage horticultural operations, including gardening, turf management, and irrigation systems
* Oversee the care and maintenance of gardens and production areas, ensuring high standards of quality and safety
* Mentor offenders as they develop new skills and competencies

Requirements
* A current valid Class Driver's license
* A valid Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) certificate or willingness to obtain
* Forklift Ticket (Desirable)
* HR Class Driver's license (Desirable)
* A current valid White Card (Construction Induction Training accreditation) or willingness to obtain
Eligibility Criteria
Permanent positions are open to Australian citizens or those with permanent resident status in Australia.
