Pharmacy Assistant (Part-Time & Full-Time)

We're looking for a Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensary Assistant to join our friendly, busy community pharmacy in Healesville, around an hour from Melbourne.

The Role
You'll be a key part of the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, supporting the pharmacist and helping customers feel welcome and looked after.
Your duties will include:
* Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service
* Taking in prescriptions
* Supporting the pharmacist and team with daily tasks
* Using the POS system and handling payments
* Keeping the store clean, organised, and well presented
* Restocking shelves and keeping an eye on stock levels
* Knowing when to refer customers to the pharmacist
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, reliable, and genuinely enjoys helping people
* Comfortable talking to customers and working in a team
* Willing to learn and take pride in their work
* Confident using computers and POS systems
Experience in a pharmacy or an S2/S3 certificate is great — but not essential. If you've got the right attitude, we're happy to support your learning.
