The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. This role is critical to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and supporting smooth financial operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end accounts payable processing
* Invoice matching, verification, and data entry
* Managing supplier queries and reconciliations
* Preparing payment runs in line with agreed terms
* Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies
* Supporting month-end processes and reporting as required
* Liaising with internal stakeholders across operations and projects
About You
* Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams
* Experience with accounting/ERP systems (experience with construction or engineering environments is advantageous)
* A proactive, team-oriented approach
