We are seeking a fun, energetic and creative thinker who loves tackling new challenges
About the role:
* Assist the Sales and Promotions Team to prepare and implement bookings, material instructions, creative and promotions
* Be an integral part of our team in leading our video and social media growth strategy
* Contribute to audience, revenue and brand impact growth across our social media channels
* Coordinate the workplace experience including team events
* Answering incoming calls, prize allocation, updating online events and listings
About you:
* A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar admin role. You'll have Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office, excellent communication, attention to detail and be self-motivated.
* You'll be highly organised; have the ability to learn ARN products and systems quickly and comfortable working to deadlines.
* Experienceand passion forproducing social media content including content ideation, filming and editing across multiple social media platform
