Role Description
This is a full-time, hands-on role based in Cairns, QLD, for a Restaurant Supervisor. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure exceptional customer service in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities include supervising team members, monitoring customer satisfaction, supervising food and beverage service, and ensuring operational efficiency. Additional duties may include assisting with staff training, addressing guest concerns and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
* Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain high-quality guest experiences
* Excellent Communication skills to interact with staff and customers clearly and professionally
* Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and industry standards
* Attention to detail and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
* Experience in the hospitality industry
* Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Relevant certifications (such as RSA and food safety handling).
