The Role Working as part of a large team, you will provide high-quality support across customer communications, manage shared inboxes, and assist with general office and administrative tasks.
They operate Monday-Friday, full time on site from 9am-5pm.
Duties Reporting to the Administration Manager, some of your duties will include: Maintaining office supplies and supporting day to day office operations Coordinating communications between departments Communicating with Customers to answer questions that come through the switchboard Organise, file, and scan documents to maintain accurate records Your Profile To be a successful candidate you must have: Previous experience in customer service and/or administration, one year minimum.
