This National Product Catalogue (NPC) service is a centralised platform that enables suppliers and retailers to share accurate, up-to-date product information across the supply chain. It streamlines product data management, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency for trading partners in AU and NZ.
As a Supplier Onboarding Specialist, you will provide support to suppliers through their onboarding to to the NPC. This includes explaining platform requirements and benefits, helping them understand their trading partner requirements, and providing guidance to prepare their product data and images for sharing, with onboarding progressing through to data and image readiness for upload.
Examples of key tasks include, but are not limited to:
* Developing subject matter expertise across systems, image and data requirements for multiple recipients and sectors, and confidently communicating the benefits of the service.
* Maintaining up-to-date documentation, including SOPs, FAQs, and supporting materials.
* Building strong relationships with suppliers to effectively engage them across multiple projects and recipients.
* Delivering training to new users on system use, image requirements, and data standards.
* Leading suppliers through the required steps to upload images and data, supporting them to become NPC Ready and NPC Live for their nominated recipients.
* Establishing and maintaining a structured approach to managing new and existing supplier engagements to ensure NPC Ready and Live KPIs are met.
* Identifying, escalating, and managing engagement risks and issues in collaboration with the team lead and manager.
* Preparing regular reports for suppliers and recipients, providing visibility of catalogue status, data quality, project progress, and associated risks.
