About the role
The Marketing & Events Manager is a key brand and visibility leadership role responsible for elevating Pipeline Talent's profile, strengthening our reputation and bringing our story to life across Australia.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and Managing Director, this role oversees social media strategy, content creation, events, conferences, newsletters, website updates and brand management. It also plays a central role in securing speaking engagements, supporting consultants' digital presence, and ensuring consistent, professional and culturally aligned representation across all platforms.

About you
Pipeline Talent is seeking a confident, values-led marketing and events professional who can operate independently, manage multiple priorities and represent the organisation with professionalism and cultural integrity.
You will bring strong digital and communication capability, a keen eye for brand consistency, and the ability to translate strategy into practical, high-quality outputs. You will be comfortable working across teams, supporting consultants to build their visibility, and engaging respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and stakeholders.
This role suits someone who is proactive, creative and calm under pressure, with a genuine interest in purpose-driven work.
Key selection criteria
Essential
* Demonstrated experience in marketing, social media management, communications or events
* Experience developing content strategies across multiple platforms
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated understanding of brand management and digital engagement
* Experience coordinating events or large-scale activities
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Commitment to cultural integrity and working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
Desirable
* Experience in recruitment, HR or leadership-focused environments
* Experience with analytics, reporting or marketing tools
* Experience managing newsletters or website content
