Role Description
We are seeking expression of interest for Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. This onsite position is located NOR. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, responding to customer inquiries, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Role requirements
* Experience with desktop and laptop hardware and software troubleshooting
* Experience supporting Active Directory, MFA and Remote Access solutions
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
* Experience in networking and server infrastructure is a plus
* Customer service-oriented mindset
