Daily Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding results in Quality, Service & Cleanliness, sales, people practices, and profit on your shifts.
* Supervise employees to ensure adherence to restaurant operations and procedures.
* Maintain a safe working environment by complying with safety and security standards.
* Ensure high-quality food safety standards are met.
* Review guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and business goals.
* Actively seek customer feedback for exceptional customer experiences and repeat business.
* Work within a team to deliver quality and experience for customers.
