Join us as a Warehouse Storeperson and play a real role in keeping clinics operating at their best. You will run and continually improve our warehouse, ensuring machine spare parts and equipment are accurately received, organised and delivered nationwide. Your work will minimise downtime, optimise processes, improve systems and contribute to a safe, efficient, high‐performing environment.
What You'll Do
* Accurately pick, pack and dispatch machine spare parts and equipment to clinics nationwide.
* Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy of stock.
* Maintain organised warehouse operations, including storage, cleanliness and safe handling practices.
* Manage inventory levels, stock locations and replenishment to ensure availability of critical parts.
* Conduct regular stocktakes and resolve discrepancies to maintain high inventory accuracy.
* Coordinate freight bookings, logistics and machine movements to support operational needs.
* Identify and implement process improvements to optimise warehouse layout, systems and workflows.
* Support a safe working environment by following WHS procedures and operating equipment responsibly.
What We're Looking For
Please note, this is a part‐time, 12‐month fixed‐term opportunity.
Must‐haves
* Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse, stores or inventory management environments.
* Demonstrated experience in pick, pack and dispatch operations.
* Experience managing inventory across 500+ SKUs.
* Experience working within a loose‐pick warehouse environment.
* Ability to establish or improve warehouse systems and processes.
* Experience conducting stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
* Strong organisational, planning and time‐management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and prioritise competing demands.
* Intermediate computer literacy and numeracy skills.
* Physical capability to perform the inherent requirements of the role.
* Commitment to workplace health and safety.
* Ability to exhibit and promote Kieser values.
* Current forklift licence.
* Current truck licence (Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid).
* Current driver's licence.
Nice‐to‐haves
* Managing machine components, technical equipment or spare parts inventory.
* Implementing warehouse management systems or inventory control systems.
* Knowledge of Lean Warehousing, Continuous Improvement or 5S methodologies.
* Supporting maintenance, technical service or operational teams.
