About the role
The Ticketing and Membership Officer is an integral part of the Media, Marketing and Audience Development team. The role supports the Ticketing and Membership Coordinator in administering and maintaining the Museum’s ticketing system and membership program; and is part of a fun and passionate team, who love what they do.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic, self‑motivated individual who is passionate about delivering the best visitor experience across all channels. You love the challenge of problem‑solving in a creative environment and thrive in a fast‑paced office where no 2 days are the same. You are comfortable working across a range of digital, ticketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
* Work in all facets of the ticketing system process and operations, including event ticketing builds for all WA Museum sites, programs and exhibitions.
* Maintain quality‑control of the highly critical and sensitive ticketing and CRM.
* Act as the main point of contact for new and existing members, providing a high level of customer service throughout the membership life cycle.
* Maintain strong communication and working relationships with multiple stakeholders within the organisation to deliver a seamless membership and ticketing experience.
