About the Role
Barnabas Aid is a Christian charity focused on supporting churches and communities worldwide facing persecution and discrimination due to their faith.
This role presents a unique opportunity to serve the global persecuted church by using your skills to grow relationships with churches, supporters, and volunteers.
As a State Coordinator, you will be based in Adelaide from a home office, focusing on developing partnerships with churches, establishing solid pastor networks, and growing prayer groups to uphold the ministry of Barnabas Aid.
Main Responsibilities:
* Presents and speaks at churches, conferences, and events as required to highlight the work of Barnabas Aid.
* Assists the National Director with training, development, and management of SA-based volunteers.
* Contributes to expansion strategies for key opportunities across the region.
* Develops a network of volunteer speakers through recruiting them in local churches.
* Oversees the established logistic network in SA.
