Direct Personnel are currently seeking a reliable and hands on Property Manager to manage accommodation facilities operated by our client, Crew House.
This is a unique opportunity for someone (or a couple) looking for a stable, long term role with a mix of property management, maintenance coordination, and day to day site operations.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accommodation is well maintained, residents are supported, and day to day operations run smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations of accommodation facilities
* Managing resident arrivals, inductions, and departures
* Completing basic handyman duties and minor repairs
* Maintaining shared indoor and outdoor areas
* Coordinating and assisting with cleaning and maintenance activities
* Liaising with trades and managing maintenance schedules
* Keeping records, logs, and reporting to head office
* Supporting compliance and audit processes
* Managing stock, supplies, and site equipment
What We Need from You:
* Handy with tools and able to complete basic repairs
* Uses initiative and can manage day-to-day tasks independently
* Comfortable with basic computer work (emails, reports, logs)
* Strong customer service skills and confident dealing with residents and employers
* Reliable, organised, and able to manage site operations
* Calm, practical, and able to handle a range of situations
