Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive
Job Description
We are a leading manufacturing company seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to drive sales growth in our assigned territories.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. They will work closely with our internal sales team, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers via email, phone & in person.
* Maintain a sales call schedule.
* Generate and provide high levels of quotes & follow through with pipeline orders.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
* Prepare sales forecasts and reports for upper management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (desirable but not essential).
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in manufacturing.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
