Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to join our trusted Aspect Therapy team. This is a unique opportunity to support and empower individuals on the autism spectrum and their families/support network to bring about meaningful change based on functional goals.

As an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations across New South Wales and other parts of Australia. We employ occupational therapists, speech pathologists, registered psychologists, social workers, and educators to provide high-quality services to individuals on the autism spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:
* To deliver evidence-informed solutions that are person-centred, family-focused, and customer-driven.
* To work in partnership with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families/support networks to achieve functional goals.
* To identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests.
* To meet participants in their community setting to work on transferrable skills that shape their everyday lives.
What You Bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, speech pathology, psychology.
* Fully registered with AHPRA (for occupational therapist and psychologists).
* Speech Pathology Australia membership or willingness to obtain (speech pathologists).
* Current driver's licence, use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km) and willingness to travel across your local community.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
* Working with Children Check for paid employment for the state you reside in.
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate.
