What you'll be up to:
* As an Account Coordinator you will be required to provide high quality administration service to the sales team including campaign maintenance, data management, bookings, and reporting.
* Your role will see you implementing and tracking campaigns from start to finish, responding to clients in a timely and professional manner and assisting the sales seam with specific projects or tasks as instructed.
* The Account Coordinator plays an important and active role in the team, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders in a busy and dynamic setting.
* Having a customer service mentality is key to high performance in the role, with a willingness to help and a growth mindset both essential for success.
* You will work across a range of systems, platforms, and tools with the goal of managing your day to days tasks effectively, efficiently and to the standard required by QMS Media and our clients.
* Ensure all client requests are answered promptly and efficiently.
* Assist Account Managers with building campaign schedules, proposals and collating site cards and maps.
* Create and run relevant reports such as MOVE and enter data in booking system Fusion and the CRM system Boostr.
* Provide sales team with Post Campaign Reports for all campaign figures including reach & frequency, POPs, maps etc.
* Maintain up-to-date records, booking trackers and keep a record of all essential client correspondence.
* Build relationships with clients, focusing on junior to mid-level roles.
What we're looking for:
* Qualifications in marketing, sales, or a relevant field preferred but not essential.
* Proven work experience as an administrator or salesperson preferred but not essential.
* Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel)
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to work under deadlines.
