In this
**newly created role,** you will
**support the Operations manager in the delivery of multiple complex projects** running concurrently. These projects are driven by
**client initiatives (such as capital raises, liquidity events, delistings & new fund/client transitions)** as well as
**internally driven projects** including process improvement, risk mitigation and operational efficiencies.
**To be successful you will have**:
- Previous coordination experience with an interest in project management and a basic understanding of project methodologies, project lifecycle and success.
- Knowledge of the financial service industry, with experience in funds management / unit registry industry is desirable.
- Exceptional stakeholder management (internal and external) with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
- A flexible, hands on approach where no task is "too big or too small".
