Requirements:
* Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5 or equivalent, coupled with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
* Proven experience in a resort or upscale restaurant setting, executing daily changing menus with precision.
* Demonstrated expertise in South East Asian and/or Indian cuisines, with a strong background in fine dining environments.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, ensuring you are equipped to maintain high standards of food safety.
