**About the company**

**About the role**

Your focus will be to support the placement activities and logístical requirements for our team of recruitment consultants.

**Key aspects of the role include**:

- Ensuring all doctors are fully credentialed for all hospital specific documentation prior to their locum commencing; this includes prefilling paperwork, reviewing documentation already held on file and assessing immunisation records.
- Organising flights, accommodation, hire cars and other travel requirements per placement
- Liaising between Medical Facilities, doctors and our Internal consultants to ensure all parties are kept in the loop about their placement
- Preparing invoicing reports, receiving timesheets and invoices from doctors, and confirming with Medical Admin that all records are correct
- Sending reminders for any overdue invoices
- Lodging and following up on Medicare Applications on behalf of our doctors
- Formatting CVs and preparing documentation

Expect to learn a lot - and quickly - in this busy and vital role.

**About the person**
- You have proven ability to meet deadlines and are able to prioritise tasks well
- Your Word, Excel and general technology skills will be at an advanced level as will your written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Previous experience with Xero or similar invoicing software is preferable.
- Exceptional time management skills and excellent customer service are paramount.
- We are looking for someone with a high level of self-motivation and drive who is able to manage a high volume of administration. This role will appeal to a seasoned administrator who thrives on providing a first-class service.
