* Proven track record as a National Account Manager in FMCG or Food Service
* Deep understanding of HORECA / Food Service channels and distributor networks
* Experience growing accounts and achieving revenue, distribution, and profitability targets
* Skilled in developing and executing account strategies and joint business plans
* Commercially astute with strong financial, analytical, and forecasting capability
* Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
