The Role
We are seeking a motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Site Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working on diverse, high-quality projects across Sydney. As a Site Manager, you will work closely with the director, learning the ins and outs of building, site supervision, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating your site team / subcontractors to deliver high-quality builds safely, on time, and within budget
- Managing all aspects of the construction process on our projects, from site start to handover
- Ensuring compliance with WHS standards, building codes, and company policies
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, and contractors to maintain quality and efficiency
- Monitoring costs, productivity, and progress to achieve business objectives
- Driving a strong customer focus by ensuring clear communication and a positive building experience
- Oversee and manage tradespeople and subcontractors on worksites
- Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
- Development and mentorship of junior staff (Cadet's & LH's)
- Managing and running multiple projects at a time
About you
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- 5+ years experience in a Residential Construction Site Management or similar role
- 10+ years minimum in residential construction
- Availability across Monday - Saturday
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and inspire teams
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, trades, and colleagues
- A solutions-focused approach with a drive to achieve results
