ABOUT THE ROLE
As a part of the 2IC role, you will be responsible partnering with the Store Manager in driving sales and building a team first culture and drive results for your store. In your role you will help:
* Create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
* Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on the customer journey
* Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
* Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives
* Provide stock feedback and manage the store’s inventory

We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded retail professional who have proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams. You will have:
* The ability to lead by example
* A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits
* Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience
* High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships
* Strong business acumen and the desire to develop your career in retail
